Playing for keeps with the Constitution
Representative Boehner:
A note to my OH representatives in the US Senate is provided here for your information. Please use your influence to encourage others to guard the Constitution while considering Ms. Kagan’s confirmation to the US Supreme Court.

Message sent to Senators Brown & Voinovich:
When the enemies of Individual Liberty and the Constitution challenge a candidate for the Supreme Court, they leave no opposition unexplored; they play for keeps.
Proponents of Individual Liberty and Constitutional Principles must likewise make every effort for keeping the Constitution when it evaluates Supreme Court nominees. Nominees who view the Constitution as something less than the Law of the Land, something to be trifled with to the appeasement of shifting political agenda must be identified and refused a seat on that or any other court.
“Fair and open minded”, principles cited by Ms. Kagan, are qualities you hope for in a benevolent dictator. The Rule of Law and the Constitution are Principles demanded of a federal jurist.
Some 160 thousand notes are held in abeyance in the Clinton library related to Barack Obama’s latest candidate for the Supreme Court, Elena Kagan. Those notes and memos offer insight into the character that Elena Kagan would bring to a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court. A hold must be placed on her confirmation until those thousands of notes are released for review.
Those supporting the US Constitution must play for keeps even more aggressively as those who would casually toss the US Constitution on the trash heap of irreverence.
To keep the Constitution, those entrusted with its defense and support must play for keeps: aggressively, with a vengeance, and, as a Marine protects this nation, with extreme prejudice.

Forty One for Liberty
Representative Boehner:
It is not without notice that the democrat party controlled House passed their latest assault on the Constitution yesterday, this time assailing the First Amendment in the form of HR 5175, the “Disclose Act.”
If there are two members of the US Senate, from either political party, that take their oath of office to support the Constitution seriously, the latest democrat party assault on the Constitution will be halted through the filibuster.
With 41 senate members from the GOP, republicans could stand firm and halt this and other assaults on the Constitution, Free Markets, Limited Government and Fiscal Responsibility.
“Forty One for Freedom, Forty One for Liberty, Forty One for the Constitution” could be the rallying call leading up to the November elections.
It could even be a bipartisan motto, “Freedom, Liberty, and the Constitution” if there were forty one in the US Senate who honor their oath to support the US Constitution. Big “IF.”

Curious and Disturbing Connections
George Soros:
- Gives $500M / yr. to his various Foundations and Initiatives (The Tides Foundation, Media Matters, Open Society Institute, and The Center for American Progress)
- Is a Cloward & Piven (google this) style economist, having recently stated in an interview that he thinks the time is now to allow our free-market economy to collapse (go “bankrupt”) so that it can be reconstituted as part of a “government for the common good,” and stated that we should be “nationalizing the banks” in our country
- Co-Founded The Center for American Progress with John Podesta–who lead (and staffed) the Obama transition team coming into the White House
- John’s brother Tony Podesta is a Lobbyist for BP
- Soros owns $900M of Brazilian oil company Petrobras
- There are NUMEROUS recommendations from The Center for Am Progress that have been followed to the letter by the WH within a few hours or days, including the new czar / point-person for the oil spill debacle and…
- The WH recently put a 6-month moratorium on deep water off-shore drilling (which CFAP recommended)
- BP drills at 5,000 feet AND TONY PODESTA IS THEIR LOBBYIST
- The WH gave Petrobras (the BRAZILIAN oil company) $2B for DRILLING AT 14,000 FEET
So…
- WH gives $2B to a foreign oil company’s VERY deep water off-shore drilling while placing a moratorium on NOT AS DEEP water drilling in America
- BP must pay $20B while they’ve placed the moratorium on drilling by BP or anyone else here in America

The fence around the White House
Check our calendar for all meetings, classes and events across the area, 9/12 and CTP, from our home page www.cincinnati912project.com, including petition signing locations for the Ohio Project, and PEP instructions.
Sign up for our blog at http://www.cincinnati912project.com/blog/ for our most recent news. We post items there that we don’t send out via email.
See below for today’s addition:
Representative Boehner:
Barack Obama’s Attorneys General, Eric Holder, wants to sue the State of Arizona over its law enabling Arizona’s police forces to assist the federal government enforce federal immigration laws. Say what? Yep, Barack Obama’s Attorneys General, Eric Holder, intends to sue the State of Arizona for helping enforce federal immigration laws. You can not make this stuff up.
If Barack Obama and his Attorneys General, Eric Holder, do not want federal immigration laws enforced, why not just simply declare our southern border open and drop all pretense of having federal immigration laws?
If we can’t control our national borders, why have borders anywhere? While we’re at it, take down that fence around the White House and get rid of those control-entry points at all federal buildings. Controlled access to national parks and wildlife refuges? Fences around military bases and airports? Controlled boarding of aircraft? Tickets to board aircraft? Get rid of them too.
The more one watches Barack Obama and his administration at work, the more one begins to question whether Barack Obama was born of this planet much less this nation.
Et tu Congress One Hundred Eleventh.

Crisis and looting
Representative Boehner:
From Day One, the theme of the Obama Administration has been, “Never waste a crisis.” Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeated that motto to foreign dignitaries while traveling overseas.
The same motto, “Never waste a crisis” is present in the actions of looters following many natural or man-made disasters. Looters avail themselves of opportunities to “redistribute stuff” from the producers to the non-producers. Liquor store windows are broken and looters redistribute armloads of beer, wine and liquor. Elsewhere looters carry away televisions and other treasures to be redistributed from producers to non-producers.
The Obama Administration aims higher than the common looter. Instead of carrying away a few bottles of wine or the latest in electronics, the Obama Administration has been busy looting the US Treasury to the tune of Trillions of Dollars. But like the common looter, the Obama Administration is redistributing wealth from producers and giving it to its favored constituents.
As the Rodney King Riot looters extended the damage to their own community by their rioting and looting, the Obama Administration has damaged this nation by extending the damage that began in original crises.
The Gulf crisis is the latest example of the Obama Administration extending a crisis. From refusing foreign expertise and assistance, to delaying remedies offered then demanded by Gulf area state governors and refusing to suspend the Jones Act to allow foreign flagged and crewed ships from rendering assistance, the Obama Administration has exasperated rather than mitigated the Gulf Oil Crisis.
“Never waste a crisis.” Instead of bottles of liquor and TV sets, the Obama Administration has its sights on devastating the oil industry in the Gulf and elsewhere in the US and taxing energy use to further damage this nation’s ability to compete in an energy consuming world while demonizing yet another sector of the private economy. The loot in this case is simply government expansion and empowering government bureaucracies.
Like riot looters amazed that looted businesses are reluctant to return to communities the looters trashed and burned, the Obama Administration might discover that increasing numbers of industries are beginning to leave this nation for better opportunities throughout the world.
Like the looters wondering, “Where will I get milk for my children if businesses don’t return”, the Obama Administration may well find itself wondering, “Who will pay taxes as the private sector disappears? Who will pay the taxes government tax consumers need to survive? How did George W. Bush do this?”

PEP- Precinct Education Project
PRECINCT EDUCATION PROJECT RELEASE:
Dear Cincinnati 9/12 Member,
The Cincinnati 9/12 Project is beginning a new project called, very simply, the Precinct Education Project (PEP). As the title suggests, our purpose is to educate and inform voters in the hundreds of precincts in Hamilton County and surrounding counties about issues and about candidates. Our goal is to impact the 2010 elections. Of all the projects we have undertaken in the past year, this one is the most critical to realizing our ultimate goal: restoring the American Constitutional Republic. We need your help now.
Here is how PEP will work:
Cincinnati 9/12 Project members volunteer to become members of the PEP Precinct Team in whichever precinct they reside. Each Precinct Team has a team leader who is responsible for organizing and communicating with the Team members. The Cincinnati 9/12 Project emails Team members educational and informational fliers on a variety of topics. The Team members distribute these fliers to the registered voters in their precinct, either by simply leaving them at the door, or by engaging voters in a discussion. (Talking with people is the best way to inform them and get them thinking about issues in a different way.)
Yes, we are asking Team members to print fliers at home. We realize that you will bear the cost for this, but any other distribution method would be logistically difficult and prohibitively expensive for the 9/12 Project. The more Team members we recruit, the easier and cheaper it will be for each member, so please get your friends and family involved!
There will be a training session shortly to kick off the project. We are currently looking at June 19th or July 10th- announcement in the next 24 hours. The focus will be on how to effectively approach and interact with voters, in other words, how to be successful community organizers!
So, how do you know which precinct you’re in?
Fortunately, the Precinct Project Assistant at http://www.numus.com/precincts/ makes it easy to find out. Click the link and follow instructions on the Precinct Project Assistant Web page. Once you download the Precinct Project Assistant software and open the application, look for the “Link to find a precinct from an address” label at the top left of the screen. Click the link provided. It will take you to a site on which you can search for your precinct. For those in Hamilton County, for example, the link will lead to the Hamilton County Board of Elections Web site. There, visitors can do a search for their polling station. The search results include the name of their precinct.
How do you identify the voters in your precinct?
When you have identified your precinct, go back to the Precinct Project Assistant software application you downloaded. From the drop menu labeled “First Select a Precinct,” select your precinct. The application will list every registered voter in your precinct along with that voter’s address, party affiliation, and a variety of additional information.
OK, you have a list of registered voters in your precinct, so now what?
Now you volunteer to be a Precinct Team member or a Precinct Team leader! If you are ready to step up and help educate the voters in your precinct, please send an email with your name and phone number to amy@cincinnati912project.com. If you are ready to take on the responsibility of Precinct Team leader, please mention it in the email. Amy Burke will then create a page for the Cincinnati 9/12 Project Web site (http://www.cincinnati912project.com) that allows volunteers in each precinct to look up their Precinct Team leader. When the Precinct Teams are in place, we’ll begin sending out the fliers you can use to educate your voters.
An important tip for volunteers:
When you begin “working” your precinct, focus on Independents and on Republicans, especially those Republicans who haven’t voted consistently in the past. If you have time, include Democrats in your efforts, but targeting Independents and Republicans with spotty voting records will be critically important to impacting the November elections.
A few final words:
The Precinct Education Project is vital to the effort of “waking up” and informing the voting public. As you all well know, we must put principled people in office this November or risk losing the republic for good. Please, please get involved. Together, we truly can contribute to helping preserve the country we cherish.

The Cincinnati 9/12 Project Invites Attorney General Candidate Robert Owens to Speak on State Sovereignty
Cincinnati, OH, June 11, 2010. At the invitation of the Cincinnati 9/12 Project, Robert Owens, candidate for Ohio Attorney General on the Constitutional Party ticket, will speak on the role of the Attorney General as it relates to state sovereignty, on illegal immigration, and on other matters Tuesday evening, June 15 at the Evendale Recreation Center. Mr. Owens, a practicing attorney in Delaware, Ohio, supports the rights of states enumerated in and guaranteed under the United States Constitution. This speaking engagement is part of a series sponsored by the Cincinnati 912 Project to educate voters about candidates for Attorney General. Mike DeWine and Richard Cordray will also be invited to speak in the coming weeks.
State sovereignty has become a hot-button issue as the federal government has increasingly overreached its constitutional authority and infringed on the right of states to govern their own affairs. The healthcare legislation signed into law this March is the example most widely publicized in the media. Under that law, Americans will be forced to purchase government-approved health insurance. Failure to comply will result in fines and possible incarceration. The federal government has never before, in the history of the nation, required citizens to buy a product or service as a condition of citizenship. Many states have filed lawsuits to fight the federal mandate. In Ohio, an effort is underway to place the issue on the ballot in November so that Ohioans may vote on whether or not to accept the mandate.
Robert Owens stands firmly behind the right of Ohioans to determine their own healthcare future. He has championed state and federal legislation to preserve and promote Americans’ liberties and the Constitution. Repealing NAFTA and stopping the attempt by the federal government to create a North American Union (NAU) via bureaucratic measures are among the pro-sovereignty initiatives Mr. Owens has worked diligently to advance.

http://www.cincinnati912project.com
The Cincinnati 9/12 Project’s mission is to return to Federalist principles by shifting power from Washington politicians to the people whom they represent. The intent is to restore the balance of power among municipalities, states, and the federal government as originally envisioned by our Founding Fathers and as originally set forth in the Constitution of the United States of America.
The organization was founded in February 2009 as part of a national initiative to unite all Americans―regardless of political orientation―in pursuing events and actions that drive our politicians to follow Constitutional principles and values.

Voting against Ohio’s interests
Representative Boehner:
A copy of a message sent to your congressional colleague, Sherrod Brown, this morning is provided here for your consideration.
An ad ran on Cincinnati’s 55KRC this morning asking listeners to urge you (Sherrod Brown) to vote for the latest incarnation of the Cap and Trade Tax and against the interests of Ohio, private sector employment, the economy and the pocketbooks of the Citizenry at large.
This note is to advise you to vote otherwise, to vote against the latest incarnation of the Cap and Trade Tax that has been fueled by the anthropocentric climate change hoax.
As one of my representatives in the US Senate I expect you to read and study legislation coming forward for your vote and to cast an informed and Constitutionally sound vote in the better interests of Ohio residents and this nation at large. I also expect you to conduct the office you have been entrusted with in a manner that is fully compliant with the restraints and restrictions placed on your office and the federal government by the US Constitution.

Punk Obama
Representative Boehner:
So, Punk Obama explained to Matt Laurer that he went to the Gulf Coast to talk to experts to find out (in Obama’s words) “Whose ass to kick.”
Something tells me that, mano-a-mano, it would be the engineering professional adults working the oil spill in the Gulf kicking the potty mouthed Barack Obama’s backside rather than as Obama postured while strutting like a banty rooster before Matt Laurer’s audience.
What a fool we have sitting in the White House. That he has been successful growing the federal government beyond its Constitutionally imposed limitations gives testament to the lack of character of the US Congress.
